It does look like a Dutch numberplate format. I can't quite tell from the photo - I'll look at closer when I go my Mothers house next time. It still lives there despite me moving out 11 years ago. The toy is made by Majorette, a French company I believe.

No. None of them had this as an original color. Original color is light blue, red interior.

That is one lovely looking car and packing a v8 it's like a dream come true!I think one of the eatlier 200 series saloons is gonna be my next project car and yours is an inspiration. Very clean
